We are pleased to announce that as of August, 2023, the Rev. Portia Hopkins has joined Shepherd by the Sea as our new Episcopal Advising Minister. Rev. Portia continues in her capacity leading the The Belfry, the Lutheran Episcopal Campus Ministry at the University of California, Davis.
